Posterous Developers

I would like to ask several things regarding on the theme templates for Posterous.
Is it true that Posterous can able to use several other cross linked templates from other services. How is it possible to do that if you could explain them to me.
I have heard that you could use Tumblr's templates because Tumblr's templates have tons of choices comparing to yours.

My other questions are.
Do I have to send each templates to be converted to Posterous' adaptable script. Do you think I should send you the Tumblr's templates for you to help me convert into Posterous' themes because I have seen many did with the Tumblr's designs.
What about Blogger's templates and Wordpress templates. Are you able to convert this templates for free for both Blogger and Wordpress templates because they all have so many varieties of design. If you could help me with that I would be honored too.
By the way perhaps next time your developers department could create more interesting templates by looking at what your fans wants from the cross web blogs services.
I hope that will fix the minor setbacks for this.
